Introduction to the feature updates of KINE APP V2.8.10 version

Dear KINE users,

To further enhance your trading experience, KINE will be launching the APP V2.8.10 version on September 25th, 2023. This update brings a series of new features and improvements aimed at providing a more exceptional trading experience for our all users. You will be able to navigate our products and services more easily and download the latest version of the application at any time. Importantly, we want to reassure you that the security of your funds and the related operations of your transactions will never be affected during the update.

We are excited to introduce the following new features and improvements for your convenience:

1.Enhanced withdrawal address management & Whitelist

In the KINE APP, we have added an "Address Management" feature to the withdrawal page. This allows users to easily access the address management page. You can now save and manage frequently used withdrawal addresses through the "All Addresses" and "Whitelist" options. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to add or delete addresses as needed.

To ensure a secure withdrawal process, we have implemented a second confirmation prompt. After clicking the withdrawal button, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm the withdrawal address. This additional step adds an extra layer of security by minimizing the risk of errors.

Within the "All Addresses" section, you can view all the addresses saved in your account, including relevant details such as remarks, withdrawal addresses, currencies, networks, and whitelist labels. To conveniently save frequently used withdrawal addresses, simply click the "Add New Address" button located at the bottom of the page.

On the [Whitelist] page, you can choose to only withdraw to whitelist addresses. When the switch is turned on, users can only withdraw to whitelist addresses.

2.Multi-account switching

With this feature, logged-in users can now easily switch between multiple accounts. By accessing the "User Center" and clicking on "Switch Account," you can seamlessly transition between different accounts.This functionality is designed to provide convenience for users who manage various trading strategies, investment portfolios, or proxy trades across multiple accounts. You can efficiently navigate between accounts without the need to log in and out repeatedly.

3.Empty Slot Reminder for Copy Trading

We have added an empty slot reminder icon on the trader information card in the copy trading page. When a trader is fully subscribed, copy trading users can click to enable the [Empty Slot Reminder]. Once enabled, users will receive a notification via an internal message as soon as there is an available slot for copying trades from that particular trader.

4.Customer Service Window on Trading Page

To facilitate users in promptly reporting issues to customer service during the trading process, we have added a customer support icon at the top right corner of the web trading page. This ensures that you can contact customer service in a timely manner to resolve any problems you encounter.
